Chuck Lockwood
Founder and President of LockData Technologies.
Chuck Lockwood founded LockData Technologies in 1999 as a database consulting firm and thereafter established a reputation for building high-quality, web-enabled business applications. Using his 25 years of experience in technology and management he is known for providing companies with innovative digital solutions.
While specializing in date and event driven applications, Chuck has had the pleasure of working with clients in New York such as Broadway Inbound, Shubert Ticketing Services, On & Off Broadway and Theatre Direct International. He shares 20 years of history serving local companies including Woodloch Pines Resort as well.
Chuck earned a B.S. in business management from Ithaca College and has gained extensive knowledge in SQL, XML, Flash Action scripting and the Witango development platforms.
Brian Davailus
Senior Applications Architect / Creative Director.
Brian Davailus, Senior Applications Architect/Creative Director has over 10 years of experience in business application development, flash applications, graphic design and management. Brian is well known for creating cutting edge applications along with unbelievable "WOW" designs. His award winning personality and driven ambition has given him the opportunity to work with clients from all over the country.
Brian's expertise extends from Graphic Design using Photoshop, to Programming with Flash actionscript, ASP.net, ASP and SQL. His willingness to learn and adapt to changing technology has really made him stand above and beyond the crowd. Brian has the unique ability to provide next generation website designs and functional applications to ensure client success and go beyond client expectations.
William Bingham
Solutions Architect/Application Developer.
Bill is an expert in both the publishing and software development disciplines. Starting in the early 1990's while consulting newspapers, magazines and textbook publishers, Bill worked to develop and deliver the content management systems required to have dependable, low latency workflows. Since then his mastery of software development best practices pertaining to leading edge platforms and frameworks including ASP.NET, SQL, XML, and Web Service orchestration have made tight deadlines not only manageable but beatable.
Bill has a wide range of expertise with many programming environments, and easily adapts to new technology. He is at home with Postscript, Flash actionscript, C++, C#, Visual Basic, Javascript, Perl, PHP, Java, and light assembly coding. But please, no COBOL, IBM360/370, RPG, or 6502 Assembler. Just kidding, he can do those too!
Josh Daniels
Web Designer / Developer.
Josh has extensive experience and a fanatical devotion to designing and developing beautiful, functional, standards-based websites and web applications. He is an expert in HTML/XHTML, CSS, and Javascript, and has experience with a wide range of technologies, including Adobe Flash, ASP/ASP.NET, PHP, XML, SQL, and Witango.
Josh earned his B.S. in Information Science & Technology from Penn State University
